|
The state of Hypnosis is a totally natural phenomenon, and is a most pleasant and very relaxing experience. A good definition of Hypnosis is 'A state of relaxation and concentration at one with a state of heightened awareness induced by suggestion. Indeed, the centuries old technique of Hypnosis is being used increasingly as an adjunct to orthodox medicine where it is proving a valuable alternative to drugs for anaesthesia, to accelerate healing, relieve stress and control pain. A good definition of hypnosis is 'A state of relaxation and concentration at one with a state of heightened awareness induced by suggestion'. Professional conductThe International Association of Hypno-Analysts is dedicated to the professional and ethical use of Hypnosis, for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems. The association is a non profit-making organisation whose Members have followed a course of training in Psychotherapy, Analysis and Hypnosis. Members of the Association are bound by a Code of Practice and Ethics of the highest order, and have satisfied an Examination Board of their knowledge and level of competence and have undertaken to abide by the Rules of the Association which requires, among other things, that they be covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. Every Member undertakes to respect a client's confidentiality at all times. The Association's aims are to maintain standards of the highest order, and by selecting a Member of the Association to assist you, your trust will not be betrayed. Types of Therapy!Suggestion therapy - is used to help people stop smoking, lose weight, combat anxiety, relieve stress, control pain, panic, migraine, phobias, stress, stage fright, tinnitus etc. Help you with relaxation, motivation, self-esteem, communication, public speaking, improve study habits, memory, exam nerves. Greatly improve your sports performance, your business sales performance etc. Usually requires between two and six sessions. (Smoking cessation - two sessions recommended). Analytical Therapy - which is used to find the causes of psychological problems. Hypno-Analysis can best be explained as the doctrine of 'cause and effect' every symptom has a cause, Hypno-Analysis helps to reveal this, and so remove the cause, and relieve the symptoms. Emotional problems respond particularly well to 'Hypno-Analysis'. The object of the analysis is to bring you to a moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment, and one can be fairly confident that a release will be obtained usually within eight to twelve sessions. Here we are talking about a complete and lasting release, by finding and removing the originating causes. This is a totally private and individual therapy. As you may have gathered I deal with many problems. You can be sure, however, that whether you are a modest smoker who wants to quit, a sports person seeking to improve your game, or a suicidal melancholic feeling you have little to live for, you will receive the best attention at all times. It's
so easy to get the help you need.
